Room 72

At the beginning of the year I posted about plans to finally redo the master bedroom in my home and then got totally sidetracked and never posted the finished room. So without further delay, here is the finished room. We used a deep rich chocolate brown by Ralph Lauren on the walls and bright white on the trim and ceiling. I have mixed primitive pieces with painted ones, as well as a chunky pine bed and a fab pine wardrobe from England. Hope you approve...

Girl...I love the chocolate brown walls, I have been wanting to paint a room in my house brown, but I'm to lazy to get the brush out!! Not really, just to many jobs!! Looks great...Can I sleep there when I come to your house?

Thanks for your comment! Isn't the pillow beautiful? It was handmade by a woman here in FL. She uses old nightgowns and linens to make pillows and lamp shades. This pillow also features an old cross stitch and embroidery sampler. Glad you like it!

Shelley
