WHITE WEDNESDAY

This week's installment of WHITE WEDNESDAY features my guest bedroom. Chocolate brown walls envelope you as you sleep on an antique iron bed from Mr. Sweet Pea's grandmother's home. Curtains made from antique monogrammed linen sheets adorn the windows and you are surrounded by cloudy old mirrors from my collection. My favorite piece in the room is the bench Mr. Sweet Pea made for me many years ago from an old bed. The entire bed was used to make the bench and it is graced by pillows from Carolyn Westbrook and burlap seat cushions from Vagabond Vintage. Pleasant dreams...

What a fun post Shelley. Love the color combination you have in your room you featured. I have an accent wall in my livingroom that appears to be the same color, and the bed is the exact one I own that was my Grandmothers. It was bubble gum pink, than white when used in our daughters room decor and now is at our cabin awaiting another transformation this time black to go with the decor at our cabin. How fun!
Love the pillows, mirrors, clock faces, etc. in your room as well. Such a cozy color combination makes for a relaxing comfy room.
Thanks for sharing!
