Birth Of A Boothlet

So the one~year anniversary of my shop closing is fast approaching, and I've been feeling a little off the beam so to speak lately. I realized that I needed and missed the design/decorating fix that I got on a regular basis when I had the shop, and at the persistent urging of a friend and fellow antique dealer I took a booth in a well~established shop in Maitland FL. Halley's has been around forever, as have the dealers there and it's rare to get a chance at a booth. And so my teeny, diminutive, petite booth is born~~hereafter referred to lovingly as my little boothlet as it is a mere 5X5 in size. Never fear for I am the master of small spaces and can always make it work. Mr. Sweet Pea is always skeptical, and will stand shaking his head and say,"You'll never get all that in there". And lo and behold I always do. I love small spaces. They're cozy and intimate. They require thought and the ability to know when enough is enough. And it's mine~~all mine...

Love, love, your boothlet! It's fabulous. I am in love with the wire shelves on the wall (holding soaps) - are they still available and can I ask how much?

Oh it looks so pretty. How much is the "T"? Are you sure our husband's aren't cut out of the same mold, mine says the very same thing?

I know exactly what you mean, and that is why I got another booth myself. Yours looks great, and I'm eye-ing the wire shelf on the wall.

Wow--thanks so much for all your kind comments on my boothlet! Lots of interest in the wire shelves holding the soap. They are $50 plus shipping. The dress form is $150 plus shipping. If anyone is going to Texas to the Marburger show and wants to purchase something seen on the blog I would gladly take it there with me upon request. Anything posted on the blog can be purchased and paid for via paypal or mailing a check (shipping costs are added to the item)unless stated that the items are personal collections and not for sale. Thanks again for your comments!

Hugs,
Shelley

Oh sweetie, I love your boothlet!!! If I lived anywhere CLOSE at all I'd be sure that it was a regular on my "must visit" list to see all that is new. It's nice to leave your goodies and have them attended to by someone else. Your taste is ALWAYS wonderful Shelley....thanks so much for peek! xxoo, Dawn
