Rather than an all out Christmas explosion, I prefer quiet moments of Christmas when I decorate. I like to use creams, whites and silvers mixed with holidays greens. This year I used an antique grain sack wrapped around the base of my little tabletop tree. I found some gorgeous ornaments at Pottery Barn (on sale) made of folded paper and glitter.
Let's begin in the dining room shall we?
I'll be back shortly with more moments of Christmas...
Hugs
stated so very well
ReplyDeleteYour home is a gorgeous insiration. Beautiful informative blog. One of my wishes is to go to Roundtop. I would really love to go this year but don’t have a clue of the what’s and the how’s or the who’s to go with...I know I would love it so much so I’m going to somehow make it happen.

I did...follow you home that is. Not in a stalker kind of way, more like a moth drawn to flame. Everything is so beautiful. Love the tablescape, the angel, everything. Oh and the white pumpkin, adorable. I had to have one too!
ReplyDeleteOH Shell... this is wonderful! There isn't one thing I would do differently, it is just heavenly! Love all the natural tones with the cream and white. The angel is perfection with her tattered wings and the old architectural elements you have found are amazing. I decorate the same way, little by little and I love the fresh greens.

Blessings
